When Holly Ridings was just 12 years old, she was encouraged to study engineering and space after she witnessed the Challenger explosion in 1986. Wanting to be an integral part of preventing such accidents from happening again, Ridings' studies have earned her the "Chief Flight Director" position, a coveted engineering role at NASA that has only ever been held by men. Not only has Ridings now become uif!hp.up!qfstpo!up!y!boz!tqbdf.dsbgu!sfmbufe! problems but she has also just been elected as the new Chief Flight Director who will guide the next mission to the moon. Gucci's newest campaign, the Unconventional Beauty campaign, was put into place earli- er this year as a way to show various representations of authentic beauty. Of her work on the campaign, Goldstein notes, "It feels so amazing and fabulous to be part of the Gucci Beauty Campaign. I feel so proud of myself, especially to have been chosen for this."
