ow more than ever, women of all ages and races are being recognized and acknowledged for what they bring to our boardrooms, our communities, our families and our world. They are making headlines, as evidenced by the latest news regarding the Taliban's takeover of Afghanistan. Uif! stu! uipvhiu! pg! tp! nboz-! mjlf! bdujwjtu! boe! Opcfm! Peace Prize winner Malala Yousafzai, was to speak up for the safety and rights of the Afghan women and chil- dren, who have fought to make gains in their country over the last 20 years. We add our voice to keeping this dialog going. Even here at home, corporations are reconsider- ing how they operate and are making changes. Post- pandemic, they are making concerted efforts to include more women and put their viewpoints, ideas and experi- ence to work. In my 30 years as a diversity publisher, one thing I've always believed is that in order to have a success- ful company, you need to consider everybody - all races, genders, ages and backgrounds - both internally and externally to be as inclusive as possible. By doing so, you will surpass your competition and exceed your goals. But I'm sure you'll agree that they don't need to be Nobel Prize winners to be celebrated and recognized for the glass ceilings they are shattering for us all - both now and into the future. They are our role models, trailblazers, mountain movers, change agents, wave makers - and just plain awesome! As we look back on some of our past issues that fea- ture other Wonder Women, I hope you enjoy this issue, as it's one of my favorites.
