Women, still often the main caretakers of children, elderly family members and households, carried (and are still carrying) a large part of the burden that this pandemic has -t~!!!=j! Sometimes my team just wants to blow off steam, but I am tempted to move into problem solving mode. Instead a close colleague reminded me to take a step back and focus on what my team needs !\!!4!!\!4! there something you need from !M!!\j!!! support my highly competent and amazing team with what it needs most: either sit back and listen or brainstorm next steps to address the issue." Also, we ensured there is always a back-up plan to every integral step of the strategic process so everything can continue to move forward despite worst case scenarios. Being able to pivot quickly is vital."
