During my 25 years at PNC, I have been fortunate to have leaders who recognized my passion for technology and supported me in creating Tech Connect, a resource group focused on improving the meaningful participation of women and other underrepresented groups in technology. Through partnerships with PNC Women Connect, the PNC Women's Business Advocate (WBA) program and educational organizations in the communities we serve, PNC has paved the way for over 13,000 young girls and women to nurture and grow their careers in technology. Through Tech Connect, I feel I have advanced PNC's culture of inclusion by embracing intersectionality, leadership development and male allyship.
