What do you enjoy most about your role?

We are faced with so many inequities in our daily lives. People face inconceivable dis- crimination due to their race, sex, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, disabili- ties, age and others. We could just go about our daily lives as if we are not impacted by these atrocities, or we could act and work towards changing things so our children do not face the same social justice issues we do. I am driven by the desire to drive sustainable and meaning- ful change. My job gives me this sense of purpose and achieve- ment. I am extremely proud of the growth of the Supplier Diversity program at Boston Scientific and the numerous diverse vendors we have sup- ported and continue to support - all with the goal of benefiting people with complex health needs all over the world.
